Legal: We are registered on Maui as a licensed LLC. We are insured to operate legally and to obtain the proper permits for our sessions.

Payment: We require a deposit that will secure the date you are interested in. Remaining payment will be due once you meet with your photographer, and tipping is always appreciated. We offer a 10% resident and military discount. The deposit is nonrefundable if cancelled within seven days. Heavy rain will result in a refund. Wind does not permit session cancellation. Terms on this page are agreed to once deposit is sent.

Pictures: We have one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry! You will be able to view the pictures within 48 hours of the event following payment. The turnaround to then receive your final pictures after you have submitted your favorites is guaranteed within 12 business days, but often sooner.
